We offer flexible hours and are looking for both part-time and full-time associates. Typical hours are Monday-Friday between 8 AM - 5 PM. This Role is in-office and reports to our HQ in Sterling VA. Remote options are available outside of the DMV region.

Requirements :
At least 1-3 years of client-facing experience; preferably in a retail or technology-oriented environment (B2B or B2C)Prior experience in training coordination is a PLUSStrong customer service skillsBe well spoken and able to assist clients over the phoneAbility to conduct webinar training sessions with the use of webcamDevelop expertise in and maintain current knowledge of product and trainings processesWillingness to learn new technologiesWhy is Mvix such an exciting place to work
