A company is looking for a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive content guidelines, taxonomy, and organization for the KM library
Plan, coordinate, and ensure successful delivery of KM portfolio projects
Identify and implement enhancements in KM processes and technology based on KPIs and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of KM experience with knowledge of AI platforms and KM analytics
Proficient in project and program management
Experience with one or more CMS or KMS systems
