A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert accounting analysis and ensure compliance with ASC 350-40 for internal-use software
Prepare and review journal entries, consolidation of journal entries, and support monthly financial close activities
Assist in the preparation of financial statement disclosures for SEC filing and maintain internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS company and / or public accounting firm
Licensed CPA is preferred
BA / BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Internal Control requirements
Experience with NetSuite ERP or other enterprise-level financial software systems is required
