    The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Public Affairs. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive and academic officer, providing strategic vision and operational leadership for the school. This role is pivotal in advancing scholarship, education, and civic engagement, as well as in fostering distinctive programmatic innovation and enhancing inclusive excellence. The Dean will be responsible for linking the work of the school's faculty and students to various communities and interests, both within and outside the academic sphere. A key aspect of the position is to be the public voice of the school, articulating its contributions to local, national, and international communities, and to lead an ambitious development program to build the school's resources. Candidates for the Dean position should be nationally or internationally recognized for their scholarly and / or professional achievement, with a strong commitment to education and research. The role requires a leader with substantial administrative experience, a proven track record in addressing social and economic issues, and success in external relations and fundraising, particularly with alumni. The ideal candidate will have a record of advancing inclusive excellence and possess the credentials to be appointed as a full professor. The Dean will work closely with the executive vice chancellor and provost, and collaborate with leadership across the institution and the wider public sphere.
