Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact for escalations
Develop and execute account management strategies that align with organizational goals and identify upselling opportunities
Lead and mentor the account management team while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance evaluation
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in account management or client services teams within the healthcare or related industry
Deep understanding of healthcare administration and operational best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
