Senior Manager, FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A (Practice Management) to lead the HQ Operating Expense FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, pressure test, and present financial reporting packages to key executive stakeholders

Monitor key performance indicators and proactively assess areas of performance

Recommend strategies to improve performance and refine current reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred

9+ years of finance experience, including budgeting and forecasting

1+ years of supervisory and / or management experience

Experience in process improvement and developing team members

Technical fluency with financial systems and reporting tools
