A company is looking for a Support and Services Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Own and resolve post-go-live technical requests from customers, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction
Collaborate with CSMs and Support teams to manage technical escalations and customer rollouts of new features
Translate customer needs into technical requirements and maintain documentation for recurring post-go-live needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a SaaS environment
Experience with managing multiple concurrent requests from live customers
Familiarity with Salesforce flows, dashboards, reports, and permission sets
Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Business Analyst
