Student Success Advisor

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an academic advisor, assisting students with course sequencing, registration, and university paperwork

Track student enrollment and academic progress, providing guidance on degree requirements and critical deadlines

Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance student services and support enrollment and retention goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience

Master's degree in an appropriate field is preferred

2 years of experience in academic advising in a higher education environment is preferred

1 year of experience in degree planning and course sequencing is preferred

1 year of experience with PeopleSoft or a similar student information system is preferred
