Linux Support Engineer

Job Description

Good understanding of Linux operating systems (Red Hat)

Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell / Bash / Perl (Python is an added advantage)

Experienced in CI / CD tools like Bitbucket / Bamboo , Harness

Familiarity with configuration management tools (such as Ansible and SALT)

Understanding network protocols and services (e.g., TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP)

Experience in IBM WebSphere Application servers maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage

Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, SQL, would be a added plus

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach

Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, different teams and other 3rd party vendors
