Project Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Project Specialist to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in advancing operational excellence and driving process improvements within our organization. Responsibilities :
- Create detailed documentation and process maps to improve operational workflows.

- Support the development of an Operational Excellence Center by implementing best practices.
- Deliver compelling presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and outcomes.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, to enhance organizational processes.
- Ensure all activities align with strategic goals and organizational standards.
