Implementation Specialist

This position works closely with the IT development, training, and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company. Reports to : Director of IT

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or related studies
• 5+ years of experience with project communication, business analysis, and training development
• Demonstrable experience in applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

Working conditions :

This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely a sedentary role. Travel required.
