We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of employee care ideal candidate has a customer experience-centric mindset thrives in a collaborative environment and can drive growth via incremental improvements as well as large strategic projects. What Youll Do :

• Driving the roadmap : Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch ensuring projects deliver measurable business impact and align with strategic priorities.
• Designing exceptional experiences : Collaborate with design and engineering to build test and refine innovative features that elevate the customer journey and create delight at every touchpoint.
• Owning product performance : Define and monitor product metrics using data to evaluate success identify opportunities and ensure progress against company OKRs.
• Shaping the vision : Translate customer insights market research and competitive analysis into a clear product strategy and actionable priorities.
• Unblocking teams : Write detailed requirements facilitate technical conversations and provide quick decision-making to keep projects moving forward.
• Iterating continuously : Maintain a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives to maximize impact.
• Influencing outcomes : Communicate progress risks and results effectively across audiencesfrom development teams to executive leadership.

Salary Range : $125000 to $150000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term addition provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage life and disability insurance a generous 401K employer matching program paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
