Accounts Receivable Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Accounts Receivable Management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the HB A / R Management department, ensuring timely claims processing and staff productivity

Conduct performance reviews, staff training, and maintain departmental policies and procedures

Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders while promoting positive staff morale

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required; BA or BS preferred or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare collections, claims processing, and account management

Previous supervisory experience in hospital credit resolution preferred

Broad practical experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle environment

Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of state and federal regulations related to billing and collections
