Summary

Job Summary Little Hands Int'l Preschool is a Mandarin / English bilingual preschool located in Austin TX. We are seeking a lead teacher for the supervision, care, and daily management of a PreK 3 classroom of children. This role ensures a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports each child’s individual growth and development.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all state licensing rules and regulations .
• Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress on an ongoing basis.
• Implement approved lesson plans and maintain a consistent, developmentally appropriate daily schedule.
• Collaborate with parents by preparing and participating in parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child’s growth and goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and confident decision-making.
• Provide positive verbal guidance and reinforcement , setting clear and consistent behavioral expectations.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor , following the guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Assist as needed in other areas as directed by the Center Director or their designee.
