[job_card.job_description]Safely operate company box trucks to deliver goods throughout Springfield and surrounding regions ,(Driver) Assist with loading / unloading merchandise, secure items in truck, ensure proper handling and delivery (Driver & Helper) Follow prescribed routes and schedules; maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork Provide excellent customer service — prompt delivery, polite communication, proper handling of goods Help carry and handle packages (may require lifting up to 50–70 lbs) (Helper) Perform basic truck maintenance checks; report any vehicle issues or incidents Valid driver’s license (for driver role); clean driving record preferred Ability to lift heavy items safely (for both roles) Dependability, punctuality, good communication and customer service skills, clean and professional appearance. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights / weekends (depending on delivery schedule) Must be at least 18 years of age for delivery helper and 25 years of age for driver position Opportunities for overtime and shift-premium pay Performance and safety bonuses, potential for raises / evolution into higher-level positions Company-provided equipment (truck, route planning tools, safety gear)
