- Weekend availability is not required

Description:
We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant.
This position is focused on providing patient care in a home health setting.
The shift consists of 8 hours per day and does not accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
The typical patient care ratio is 1:1, with the possibility of visiting up to 6 patients per day.
Productivity points are standardized at 30 per day.
No on-call duties are required.
Travelers will not need to float between facilities.
The facility groups clients effectively to minimize driving and windshield time.
Occasional driving may extend up to a 60-mile radius, with an approximate total drive time of 60 to 90 minutes per day.
Business casual attire is expected, with scrubs allowed but not required.
Charting will be done using remote client software on a laptop and mobile applications.
Mileage reimbursement is offered according to IRS standards.
All travelers are expected to float between facilities within a state.
Refusal to float may result in assignment termination.
Providers may need to submit a cell phone bill for reimbursement if a mobile device is not provided.
