Summary of role

Lantheus is seeking an experienced SAP IT Associate Director to manage our SAP S / 4HANA production environment support team. In this role, you will ensure seamless system operations, drive continuous improvement, and enable operational excellence across business processes. The ideal candidate will leverage deep SAP functional expertise to support Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations, while collaborating closely with IT, business teams, and external partners to maintain and enhance the SAP landscape.

This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on-site (two / three) days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support and stabilize the SAP S / 4HANA production environment ensuring smooth daily operations and minimal system downtime.
• Lead defect triage, tracking and resolution across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely closure of high-priority issues.
• Manage interface-related workstreams between SAP S / 4HANA and boundary systems, including Banking Interface, MES, Ecommerce, Sales tax Engine, FedEx and Credit card Service.
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to understand requirements and ensure systems support reporting, controls, and operational needs.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across AMS and post-go-live SAP engagements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to SAP resources, promoting best practices in SAP post-go-live support and project management.
• Support system upgrades, global rollouts and process optimization initiatives to ensure seamless business operations.

The pay range for this position is between $159,100.00 USD and $203,000.00 USD annually.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
