Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner - Skilled Nursing Facilities

Locations : Rock Island, IL

Pay : $55 -$60 / hr

Schedule : 1-2 days per week

Position Summary

We are hiring Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioners to provide specialized care across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities in Rock Island, IL. This part-time role is perfect for experienced clinicians looking for schedule flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in long-term care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments, diagnosis, and infectious disease treatment
  • Collaborate with physicians and SNF staff on care planning
  • Develop weekly rounding schedules based on facility needs
  • Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
  • Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Minimum 1 year experience in SNF or long-term care (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
