Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently

Coordinate travel arrangements and oversee social media management

Handle invoicing, prepare expense reports, and provide client care

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant

Fully equipped home office with necessary technology

Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools and MS Office 365

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
