Essential Job Functions
Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Answer incoming calls, providing accurate information or directing calls to the appropriate contacts.
Sort and distribute mail and sign for packages and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including room setups and audio / visual arrangements.
Handle inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Collaborate with custodial staff to ensure meeting spaces are prepared according to requirements.
Uphold safety protocols and workplace standards to ensure the well-being of staff and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling inquiries.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, contributing to the smooth functioning of the district.
Perform other duties as assigned.
