Associate Attorney

Established family law firm in Newport Beach seeks a licensed associate attorney with 3 or more years prior experience in family law, including litigation experience. You must be in good standing with the bar to be considered. We focus on all aspects of family law and have a robust caseload throughout counties in Southern California.

• Responsibilities
• Case Management :
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously. Expertly draft pleadings, letters, memoranda, and other legal documents with accuracy. Meet applicable deadlines.
• Litigation :
• Expertly litigate court hearings and trials to present client's issues with clarity and confidence.
• Client Representation :
• Clearly communicate with clients and related parties to ensure shared expectations and implement focused strategies. Provide strategic advice tailored to client goals.
• Team Environment :
• Work with and mentor support staff to provide first class service.
• Qualifications
• Active license and in good standing with the California Bar Association
• Litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Family law experience is strongly desired
• Professional, self-starter, and detail oriented
• Experience with Smokeball, and XSpouse is a plus
