Job Overview :
The Dealer Services Liaison (DSL) is responsible for providing superior service to Mercedes-Benz Dealers, Dealer Relations Managers (DRM), and Regional Managers (RM) in support of the Dealer and Customer Satisfaction Index. In this role, the DSL will handle complex issues including but not limited to :
Responsibilities :
Complete dealer, DRM, and RM requests via phone and email regarding but not limited to : customer account inquiries, payoff quoting / processing and title release, Dealer Purchase Program (DPP) inquiries, Indirect Customer Purchase (ICP) inquiries, Lease Accelerator Program (LAP) inquiries, First Class Finish and maturity billing inquiries, Remarketing and lease-end procedures, insurance claim inquiries, and MBUSA / MBFS Marketing notice inquiries. Respond in a timely manner to inquiries received via OnPoint, ALFA, email or fax from dealers, DRM, RM, internal departments and customers regarding account updates, payoff inquiries, payment history requests, title and contract copies, power of attorney requests, and other general correspondence requests. (%)
System support related to MBAdvantage and eValidate. Dealers utilize MBAdvantage system to access customer account information and to perform lease-end functions. Dealer Services Liaison will perform the following functions : password resets, dealer user setup, error resolution, assistance pulling payoffs. Dealer Services provides contract validation system support for eValidate. This support includes : finance program validation, vehicle eligibility, discount eligibility, coding accuracy, and user training. (%)

Qualifications :
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes :
Remarketing : 1 year
Education :
High School Diploma / (GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Additional Knowledge :
1 year of phone agent experience required.

Additional Skills :
Preferred experience with the following : Alfa, FAW, AMS, MBAdvantage, eValidate, Title Index (Title Operations), Knowledge of DPP / ICP, and Manual Payoffs
Recommended Prerequisites :
Remarketing Representative; Collections Representative; Customer Service Representative; Dealership Experience, Funding Representative
