Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets across all layers of the network stack
Manage and support complex customer networks remotely
Document product bugs and create feature requests based on customer needs
Required Qualifications
Fluency in various networking areas including wireless, security, WAN / LAN, routing, and DNS
Analytical mindset with a comfort for ambiguity and problem-solving
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in providing high-quality technical service to customers
Strong collaboration skills with teammates and customers
