Position Overview

This role is for an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse at the Clinical Nurse II level, essential to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care :

Lead coordination of the healthcare team to provide safe, timely, and equitable care tailored to each patient.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment following infection control and hospital policies.

Accurately document care, interventions, patient progress, and incidents in the electronic medical record system.

Mentor and precept new graduate nurses, new hires, and students to support their growth.

Respond decisively and calmly in critical situations such as cardiac arrest, demonstrating advanced clinical expertise.
