Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor multiple development squads, ensuring performance and career development
Maintain coding standards and provide technical guidance on software development practices
Implement Agile methodologies and collaborate with QA teams for continuous integration and delivery
Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in a software development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong background in .NET Framework / Core development and Java
Experience with AWS, microservices architecture, and compliance standards like FedRAMP and SOC II
Proven ability to mentor remote teams and implement Agile processes
