[job_card.job_description]Minimum 2 years experience in specialty required. Experience is ambulatory clinic operations and / or surgical procedures. Familiarity with the EPIC EHR system Previous experience with suture / staple removal and rooming patients in an ambulatory setting. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. AHA BLS certification required. Assessing and monitoring patients to ensure their health and well-being. Outpatient Clinic / Urgent Care Center Wound Care / Wound Vac Wound drains / JP / Hemovac Simple dressing changes. Providing direct care such as administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily activities. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and necessary care. Maintaining accurate patient medical records and following policies and procedures for quality patient care. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice nurse, physicians.
