Requirements :
Doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. institution; foreign graduates must have a permanent certificate from the Educational Council of Foreign Medical Graduates.Current medical license in the U.S., District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.Eligibility for board certification in psychiatry.Completion of at least one year of an approved graduate medical education internship.Completion of a psychiatry residency program in the U.S.Aged between 21 and 42 years; waivers available on a case-by-case basis.U.S. citizenship.
