HR Associate

A company is looking for an HR Associate to join their askHR team, providing frontline customer service to employees globally.

Key Responsibilities

Process HR transactions within Workday, including onboarding and offboarding

Respond to HR inquiries and manage HR documentation for employees

Collaborate with Payroll and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

3-5 years of professional experience in HR

Strong experience with Workday HRIS, including data entry and reporting

Knowledge of automation and AI tools for process improvement

HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
