EHM Senior Solutions is looking for a Life Enrichment Personal Assistant to support older adults in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and our Memory Support Center by combining meaningful activities with hands-on personal assistance. This role focuses on building relationships, enhancing daily life, and supporting residents with dignity and compassion.
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
Lead and assist with individual and group life enrichment activities
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
Provide medication reminders or assistance per training
Transport residents to and from activities and outings
Assist with meals, personal laundry, and light room support
Communicate resident needs or changes to the care team
Manage time and assignments effectively
Push/pull equipment or supplies up to 25 pounds
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Ability to perform a physically active role
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Passion for meaningful work with older adults
6+ months experience in senior living, caregiving, or life enrichment preferred
Creativity encouraged; musical ability a plus
Ability to obtain a Chauffeur’s License within 60 days of hire
