Hours :  Monday - Friday, 2 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 pm.

The Aftercare Assistant at Paragon Prep is a vital position designed for individuals passionate about child development and dedicated to enriching the after-school experience of young learners. This part-time role (20 hours per week) involves supervising students in the aftercare program, facilitating various activities including homework help, creative arts, and indoor / outdoor play, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment beyond school hours.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
