UCSF Physics Research Laboratory (UCSF PRL) - Junior / Assistant / Associate / Full Specialist

The UCSF PRL (PI : Y. Seo) is seeking a Junior, Assistant, Associate, or Full Specialist. The Specialist will focus on computational modeling using Monte Carlo techniques, as well as modeling of radiotheranostics, modeling of alpha particles, Auger electrons, and conversion electrons for the eects of DNA damage.

Required Qualifications :

• Specialists appointed at the Junior rank must possess a bachelor's degree (or equivalent degree) or at least four years of research experience.
• Specialists appointed at the Assistant rank must possess a master's degree (or equivalent degree) or a bachelor's degree with three or more years of research experience.
• Specialists appointed at the Associate rank must possess a master's degree (or equivalent degree) or ve to ten years of research experience.
• Specialists appointed at the Full rank must possess a terminal degree (or equivalent degree) or ten or more years of research experience.
• Applicant materials must list current and / or pending qualifications upon submission.
• The selected candidate must meet all of the qualifications at the time of appointment.

Preferred Qualifications :

See Table 24B for the salary range for this position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $55,000-$194,800.
