Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, high-quality phone support to families
Assist with applications, answer questions, and connect callers to resources
Navigate multiple systems while engaging callers and maintain documentation standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Reliable high-speed hardwired internet and a private workspace
Call center experience preferred; bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a plus
Experience with Salesforce or NICE inContact is advantageous
