Job Summary : The Breakfast Attendant assists with operation of continental breakfast area. They will Interact professionally, effectively, and in a friendly manner with all guests.  Helps maintain the high quality standards of the hotel’s continental breakfast.

Responsibilities

Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times.

Responds appropriately to any requests or concerns.

Follows all safe food handling procedures.

Knowledgeable of all continental breakfast core items.

Maintains breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.

Informs management of all guest-related problems and any shortages of core items.

Knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.

Must be able to work early morning shifts.

During peak business times or during times of employee shortages, must be willing to assist with duties in other departments including housekeeping, laundry, and front desk.

Maintains a clean lobby and breakfast area.

Other duties as assigned.
