Program Development Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Program Development Manager to drive significant growth through a dynamic hybrid role encompassing sales business development and expert project management. This individual will be responsible for expanding our service footprint within our existing customer base cultivating new client relationships and overseeing the successful budgeting and execution of complex telecommunications projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a seasoned subject matter expert with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and a deep understanding of evolving telecom technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development & Sales (Hybrid) :
• Identify develop and close new business opportunities by promoting our comprehensive suite of services to existing clients and expanding into new markets.
• Proactively generate leads build strong relationships with key decision-makers and develop strategic partnerships to secure new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to assess client needs define scope and develop tailored compelling proposals and statements of work (SOWs) for both existing and new service offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
• Project & Program Management :
• Lead the comprehensive budgeting planning execution and closure of awarded projects ensuring adherence to scope schedule budget and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans allocate resources effectively and manage project teams (both internal and external) to achieve successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle providing regular updates managing expectations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks implementing contingency plans as necessary.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
• Subject Matter Expertise :
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering expert insights and guidance on complex telecommunications technologies and strategic solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies regulatory changes and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
