Compensation : $13 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel, ensuring a swift check-in and check-out process is executed smoothly.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, providing a high level of service.
• Anticipate guests' needs proactively and deliver exceptional customer service in line with the hotel's standards.
• Efficiently address and resolve any guest complaints to ensure a satisfactory stay for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards across all areas of the hotel premises.
