Senior Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Compliance Program Senior Manager, Regulatory Audits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit teams in conducting compliance program audits and risk assessments

Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's compliance program and ensure adherence to regulations

Develop and execute a strategic audit plan, analyze findings, and prepare detailed audit reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus

Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus

8 - 10 years of experience in compliance program management and audit leadership

Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment

Proficiency in audit tools and software
