A company is looking for an Instructional Video Designer who will create engaging instructional video content to support client adoption and learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create custom instructional and content videos, including animations and motion graphics

Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with instructional objectives and project goals

Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards and maintain project asset organization

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and animation tools

Demonstrated ability to create original instructional scripts and media assets

Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant packaging

Strong project management and organizational skills
