What Youll Be Rockin as a Property Manager :

• Oversee multiple Class-A commercial retail properties in the Austin TX area.
• Dive into CAM reconciliations with gusto (and precision of course).
• Keep the wheels turning on property operations maintenance tenant relations and everything in between.
• Collaborate with our rockstar team to ensure properties perform at their best.
• Deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alike.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit :

Experience managing commercial retail Class-A properties (Austin market experience bonus points!).

Bachelors degree preferred but not required we value experience and talent just as much.

A head for numbers and a heart for people youll need both to thrive here.

Ability to juggle multiple properties like a pro (actual juggling skills not required).

Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
