A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the new business and renewal process for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Gather applications from carriers, instruct clients on paperwork completion, and manage submissions for implementation
Communicate final approvals and provide necessary documentation to clients
Manage database entries and track all correspondence in CRM
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products preferred
Familiarity with database applications is a plus
