Independence Mazda is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts
- Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
