Key Responsibilities
Deliver a world-class customer experience by addressing complex inquiries and guiding customers through features
Provide impeccable customer support by diagnosing and troubleshooting queries via emails and live chats
Act as a key partner to Product and Engineering by fielding feedback and collaborating on product opportunities
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of experience in a client / product support role
Strong interest in AI, technology, and software applications
Ability to work in a stable and professional home environment equipped for high-level support
Curious and proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and processes
