A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide feedback and debriefing following call, chat, or text contacts and ensure timely documentation
Assist in managing 988 contacts and provide clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists
Participate in program meetings and complete required training for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
Required Qualifications and Experience
B.A. in social sciences
Knowledge of the King County Public Mental Health System
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required within 6 months of hire
