We are currently seeking a Business Professional - Business Analyst for our client in the Professional Services domain. Role Description: The Business Professional - Business Analyst must have 8+ years of experience. For this role, you must be an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in tools such as ETL, SQL, and Tableau (2 to 3 years of experience).
We are open to considering candidates with backgrounds as Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Systems Analysts, or Data Analysts who have previously worked in a Business Analyst role.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or the equivalent.
- Understanding of industry standard data transformation and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and other tools.
- Excellent analytical skills: Comfortable working with large data sets and presenting findings that tell a clear, insightful, and compelling story.
- Ability to organize and prioritize individual workload and deal with multiple priorities.
- Experience communicating insights to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an analytical function.
- Delivering ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development of database objects, SQL (Structured Query Language) queries and data analytic capabilities in rational database platforms.
- 2-3+ years of experience in building dashboards in Tableau.
- Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or the equivalent
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will cover relocation expenses
