Position Overview

As a Client Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about client service and possess a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
  • Identify client needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Track and monitor client account activities and communicate relevant updates to clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client account management or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Salary & Benefits

  • Pay range : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
