Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting single-family residential rehab projects and accusations across the DFW area. This role is essential in ensuring our projects are executed with precision, safety, and a strong eye for design. The ideal candidate is passionate about construction, values a clean and organized job site, and is committed to contributing to a positive and growth-oriented company culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily field operations across multiple single-family rehab sites in the DFW area.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and aligned with company standards to not disrupt the neighborhood you are working in and to be a clean and friendly neighbor.
• Collaborate and Negotiate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines, cost effectiveness, and quality.
• Support the execution of design intent, ensuring finishes and layouts reflect project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to scope.
• Track material deliveries, labor performance, and site conditions; report updates to leadership.
• Assist with permitting, inspections, and documentation.
• Support final punch list completion and project closeout.
• Uphold and promote a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
