Position Overview

We are seeking driven coachable Sales Representatives who want to establish a long-term career in remote sales. Youll receive structured training mentorship and access to warm leadsall while working remotely and setting your own schedule.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs

Recommend appropriate protection plans

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Participate in professional development and team training

Manage your pipeline using company tools and systems

Qualifications

U.S. residency required

Life insurance license or willingness to obtain

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Sales service or leadership experience is helpful but not required
