Role : Guidewire Billing Center-Developer

Location : Warren, MI (Hybrid)

Type : Contract

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • A Guidewire Billing Center Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing the Guidewire Billing Center application to meet business requirements, including developing and integrating solutions using the Gosu programming language.
  • Key duties include configuring billing rules, payments, and invoicing; integrating with external systems via web services; performing unit and integration testing; and troubleshooting production issues. This role requires collaboration with business analysts and other developers, and participation in Agile development cycles.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Implement required integration / configuration changes as per the business requirements
  • Working knowledge of SOAP / REST web service Understanding of XML, XSD, messaging, plugins
  • Coordinate with the client business and technology teams in gathering requirements

    • Required skills :

  • 8-10 years' Experience on Guidewire Billing Center and maintaining applications using tools like Git, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • 8-10 years' Experience of Code Release management understanding agile methodology
  • 8-10 years' Experience in Well versed with OOTB Billing center functionalities
  • 8-10 years' Experience of Invoicing Delinquency, Payments, Commission, General Ledger and Casualty
  • 8-10 years' Experience in Sound Database and performance tuning experience
