A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management and L&D.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead talent management programs and facilitate talent review sessions with senior leadership
Set and execute the long-term learning and development strategy aligned with business goals
Design engagement initiatives and monitor engagement metrics to inform talent and learning interventions
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in HR with significant experience in talent management and L&D; 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management processes
Strong data and analytical skills, with experience in building dashboards and interpreting talent data
Proficiency with HR technology (Workday and Skillsoft) is preferred
