Job Title : Workplace Experience Ambassador

Reports To : Workplace Experience Ambassador will report to the Workplace Experience Manager or equivalent leadership.

Job Overview :

The Workplace Experience Ambassador at SPS Global specializes in enhancing the event experience for clients and visitors by providing dedicated support during onsite events. This role is crucial in event support with setups coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution and maintaining high standards of hospitality to create memorable experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Event Planning and Coordination :

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other relevant teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Support with equipment and furniture arrangements according to event specifications.
• Risk Management and Security Oversight :
• Identify and escalate potential security risks or privacy concerns.
• Participate in the companys Crisis Response Team ready to guide clients and guests in emergencies

Client Engagement and Hospitality Management :

Compensation :

The expected compensation is anestimate and the final offer will depend on skills experience and other job-related factors.
