Job Description

The Field Service Technician is responsible for assisting with the installation of laser systems and providing initial operational and maintenance training to end customers. This role involves maintaining direct post-sale relationships with key customer stakeholders and offering continuous product improvement input. Additionally, the technician will conduct customer support meetings, manage customer action items, and provide support through online, web, telephone, and email communication when not actively engaging with key customers.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a shift schedule from 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires extensive travel, up to 75% of the time, and involves working with advanced laser technology and equipment.
